Patience is a virtue for Lady Gaga, who completes her Europe-wide conquest by hitting the top of European Top 100 Albums for the first time with "The Fame" (Interscope/Universal) after five weeks at No. 2. "Poker Face" starts a ninth week at No. 1 on European Hot 100 Singles.
